The Store Supervisor supports the manager in handling daily store operations, supervising staff, ensuring smooth billing, maintaining stock, and delivering good customer service.
Store Operations
- Assist in opening and closing the store
- Ensure cleanliness and proper product display
- Monitor daily store activities
Staff Supervision
- Guide and support sales staff and helpers
- Assign daily tasks and shifts
- Ensure staff discipline and productivity
Inventory Control
- Check stock levels regularly
- Help in stock receiving and shelving
- Monitor expiry dates and damaged goods
Billing & Cash Handling
- Support billing counter when needed
- Ensure accurate cash handling
- Assist in daily cash closing
Customer Service
- Help customers with product queries
- Resolve complaints quickly
- Maintain friendly store environment
Skills Required
- Basic retail knowledge
- Good communication (Malayalam )
- Team handling ability
- Problem-solving skills
- Basic POS/billing knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum: Plus Two / Degree preferred
- Experience: 1–2 years in retail/store
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
