Specification Engineer – Civil

Position Overview
We are seeking a Specification Engineer – Civil to oversee and coordinate site activities for our engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in estimate preparation, rate analysis, material calculation, preparation of quotations, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Submission of proposals, quotations and tenders
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers for on site work updates.
- Preparation of estimates, rate analysis, material reconciliation, etc.
- Assist in material planning and resource management at the site.
- Provide regular updates to project managers and management.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in estimation / billing / rate analysis
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage teams and handle multiple tasks.
