Position Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms. You will work closely with marketing and content teams to create brand-consistent visuals that engage audiences and support business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing materials including social media posts, banners, flyers, menus, and advertisements
- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines
- Create digital assets for websites, email campaigns, and promotional content
- Collaborate with teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions
- Edit and refine designs based on feedback in a timely manner
- Ensure all visuals meet quality and brand standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4+ years of professional graphic design experience (mandatory)
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
Preferred
- Experience in social media marketing or restaurant/retail branding
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing
- Familiarity with Canva or similar tools
