Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end warranty operations for the workshop.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of warranty claims as per Audi India guidelines.
- Review and validate warranty repairs and supporting documentation.
- Monitor warranty claim approvals, rejections, and recoveries.
- Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and Audi India for claim resolutions.
- Conduct regular warranty audits and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.
- Analyze warranty trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain warranty records and prepare monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure adherence to Audi processes, policies, and quality standards.
- Support workshop operations to achieve customer satisfaction and warranty targets.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile warranty management.
- Prior experience with luxury automotive brands (Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, etc.) will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of workshop operations and warranty claim procedures.
- Proficiency in DMS and MS Office applications.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
