Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented BIM Architectural & Structural Modeler who has completed certification in Revit Architecture, Structure. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 months of hands-on experience and is eager to further develop their skills through project-based training and real-world exposure.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage BIM models for architectural and structural projects using Revit.
- Assist in creating detailed 2D drawings and 3D models based on project requirements.
- Update and revise models as per design changes in coordination with mentor
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, company protocols, and project specifications.
- Participate in coordination meetings and support clash detection processes.
Required Qualifications
- Certification in Revit Architecture, Structure, and Landscape.
- 3–6 months of practical experience in BIM modeling.
- Basic understanding of architectural and structural drawings.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and documentation standards.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; knowledge of AutoCAD, and Navisworks a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Navisworks or other BIM coordination tools is an advantage.
