Job Title: AWS Conect, Lambda
Years of Experience: 5-10 years
Location: Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automated test scripts for AWS Lambdafunctions and related services.
- Collaborate with developers to understand new features andfunctionality and write appropriate tests.
- Develop testing strategies and test cases using frameworkslike Jest, Mocha, or PyTest.
- Implement integration, functional, regression, andperformance testing.
- Use AWS tools (CloudWatch, X-Ray, etc.) to monitor, debug,and optimize Lambda executions.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like AWSCodePipeline, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.
- Identify, document, and track defects in a test managementsystem (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Assist in code reviews and provide test-related feedback.
- Help drive test automation best practices and culture acrossthe team.
Primary Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in software testing or QAautomation.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and otherserverless services (API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, orNode.js.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest,Mocha, Chai, PyTest).
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like AWSSAM, Serverless Framework, or Terraform.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and event-drivenarchitectures.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems(Git).
