Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Front Office cum Admin Executive to manage front office operations and provide administrative support to our Academy. The role involves handling visitors, managing billing tasks, maintaining custodian records, and ensuring proper filing and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
- Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules
Billing & Accounts Support
- Prepare and process invoices and billing documents (fee collection)
- Coordinate with the accounts team for payment follow-ups
- Maintain accurate billing records and reports
Custodian Forms Management
- Handle and maintain custodian/asset-related forms
- Track issuance and return of office assets
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance
Filing & Documentation
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records
- Ensure all documents are properly filed and easily accessible
- Handle confidential documents with integrity
Administrative Support
- Assist in daily office operations
- Prepare reports, letters, and official correspondence
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
Requirements
- Any graduate or diploma holder , BCom preferrable
- 0–3 years of experience in front office/admin roles
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
