Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
* Develop annual manpower plans in coordination with department heads.
* Source, screen, interview, and recruit employees for corporate office, project sites, and labour workforce.
* Coordinate recruitment through job portals, consultants, local agencies, campus hiring, and employee referrals.
* Manage onboarding, induction, documentation, and deployment of new employees.HR Operations* Maintain employee records and HRIS.
* Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters, transfer orders, warning letters, and separation documents.
* Handle employee lifecycle management from hiring to exit
* Conduct induction and orientation programs
* Maintain HR policies and employee handbook.
* Ensure proper documentation and record retention.
Payroll & Attendance
* Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
* Verify attendance, leave, overtime, shift details, and wage records.
* Ensure timely salary processing.
* Coordinate statutory deductions and payroll compliance.
* Maintain leave records and attendance systems.
Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws including:
* Labour Codes (as and when implemented)
* EPF & MP Act* Employees’ State Insurance (ESI)
* Payment of Wages Act
* Minimum Wages Act
* Payment of Bonus Act
* Payment of Gratuity Act* Equal Remuneration provisions
* Maternity Benefit ActStatutory ComplianceEnsure compliance with all applicable labour laws including:
* Labour Codes (as and when implemented)* EPF & MP Act
* Employees’ State Insurance (ESI)

* Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Cess Act
* Shops & Commercial Establishments Act (Office locations)
* Kerala Labour Welfare Fund* Professional Tax (if applicable)
* Apprentices Act (where applicable)Compliance & Liaison
* Liaise with Labour Department, EPFO, ESIC, BOCW authorities, Labour Welfare Fund authorities, and other government agencies.
* Coordinate statutory inspections.
* Maintain all statutory registers and records.
* Submit statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
* Support internal and external compliance audits.
Required Qualifications
* MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or MSW (HR)
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
* Factories Act (where applicable)
* Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act (BOCW)
* Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Cess Act
* Shops & Commercial Establishments Act (Office locations)
* Kerala Labour Welfare Fund

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
