Model Manager / Talent Manager – House of Anon LLP

We are looking for a proactive and organised Model Manager / Talent Manager to join our team and assist in managing and developing our roster of models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate models on a day-to-day basis.
- Scout and identify new modelling talent.
- Coordinate model bookings, castings, shoots and schedules.
- Maintain regular communication with models regarding their work, availability and upcoming opportunities.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients regarding bookings and model requirements.
- Assist in developing models' portfolios and overall career development.
- Organise portfolios, digitals, comp cards and other model materials.
- Coordinate schedules, travel and other requirements related to model assignments.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with models and clients.
- Follow up on ongoing bookings and ensure smooth coordination between the model, client and agency.
- Maintain model information, availability and booking records.
- Support the agency team with general model management and operational responsibilities.
What We're Looking For:
Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The candidate should be organised, responsible, comfortable communicating with different personalities, and genuinely interested in the fashion and modelling industry.
Previous experience in modelling, fashion, talent management, casting, PR or a similar industry would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
