Position: Testing Engineer (Fresher)

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Testing Engineer (Fresher) to join our transformer manufacturing team. The candidate will assist in performing routine electrical and mechanical tests on power and distribution transformers, ensuring products meet customer specifications, industry standards, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting routine tests on transformers before dispatch.
- Perform electrical tests such as insulation resistance, winding resistance, ratio test, magnetic balance test, and vector group verification.
- Support high-voltage and dielectric testing under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Record, analyze, and maintain accurate test data and reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and testing procedures.
- Identify and report abnormalities or defects during testing.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve testing-related issues.
- Follow all electrical safety practices and company safety guidelines.
- Maintain testing equipment and ensure proper calibration.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities within the testing department.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. / ITI Electrician.
- Basic knowledge of electrical machines and transformer fundamentals.
- Understanding of electrical testing instruments and measuring equipment.
- Familiarity with relevant standards such as IS and IEC standards is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
