Job Summary:
Responsible for managing client relationships, handling customer inquiries, coordinating orders, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction while supporting sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, architects, and contractors
- Handle client inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and operations teams for timely order execution
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt issue resolution
- Provide product information and support clients in product selection
- Maintain customer records and prepare client-related reports
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer relationship management abilities
- Problem-solving and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Customer-focused and result-oriented approach
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline preferred
- 1–5 years of experience in client servicing, customer relations, or sales support
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in tiles, ceramics, sanitaryware, building materials, or construction-related industries
- Exposure to dealer management and B2B customer handling
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
