We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Site Operation for our Ground Mounted Solar Power plant. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing and overseeing the operations of a solar power plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Ground Mounted Solar Power plant
- Ensure smooth functioning of the plant and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure regular upkeep of the plant
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Ground Mounted Solar Power plant operations
- Strong understanding of solar power technology and systems
