Role: Assistant Manager
Salary: 18,000- 28,000(incentives provided)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers by promoting and opening Current Accounts (CA) and Savings Accounts (SA).
Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, referrals, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with banking regulations.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account processing.
Maintain records of leads conversions, and customer interactions.

Pay: ₹12,833.51 - ₹32,491.62 per month
