Food & Beverage Service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff
- Ensure timely serving of food and beverages
- Maintain service quality standards
Team Coordination
- Assist captains and supervisors during operations
- Guide stewards and junior staff
- Help maintain discipline and teamwork
- Support smooth restaurant functioning
Table Setup & Hygiene
- Check table arrangements before service
- Ensure cleanliness of restaurant and service areas
- Follow grooming and hygiene standards
- Maintain proper cutlery, crockery, and glassware setup
Billing & Operational Support
- Assist in preparing guest bills
- Support POS billing operations
- Help in maintaining daily service records
