Job Responsibilities
- Preparation of Lighting Layouts, FAPA Layouts, ELV Layouts, and Electrical Coordination Drawings.
- Preparation of Switchboard Schedules, DB Schedules, Circuiting & Looping Layouts, and Conduit Layouts.
- Preparation of Cable Tray Layouts, Raceway Layouts, and Sizing Calculations.
- Preparation of RCP Layouts for Lighting, PA System, Fire Detection, CCTV, and Access Control Systems.
- Preparation of G.A. Drawings for Panels & Distribution Boards, Wiring Diagrams, and Schematic Drawings.
- Preparation of Lighting & Power Layouts, Cable Tray Drawings, and Trunking Layouts.
- Quantity Calculations and Quantity Take-Off for Electrical Works.
- Preparation of Substation, Panel Room, Meter Room, Shaft Space Planning, and IT Room Layouts with Elevations.
- Coordination with Architects, Consultants, MEP Teams, and Site Execution Teams.
- Ensuring drawings are prepared as per project standards and site requirements.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Electrical Drafting and Detailing.
- Understanding of Residential & Commercial Electrical Systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Good coordination and time management skills.
Software Skills
AutoCAD 2D Modelling Proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience
3–8 Years in Residential & Commercial Projects
Education
Diploma in Mechanical Draughtsman / Electrical Drafting or relevant qualification
