About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Kochi branch. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the study abroad industry, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth while managing branch operations and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the branch.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and admission targets.
- Manage and mentor student counsellors, documentation staff, and branch employees.
- Develop strategies to improve lead generation and student conversions.
- Ensure smooth coordination between counselling, admissions, documentation, and marketing teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, agents, and institutional partners.
- Monitor branch performance and prepare regular MIS reports.
- Handle escalated student and parent concerns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high service standards.
- Plan and execute local marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in the study abroad industry.
- Prior experience as a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Centre Manager, or Team Leader in overseas education will be preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and business targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of international admissions, application processes, and visa procedures.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
