Job Summary
The Back Office Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating internal communication, maintaining records, supporting various departments, and ensuring efficient office management.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to various departments.
· Handle phone calls, emails, couriers, and maintain office records and documentation.
· Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and office schedules.
· Maintain attendance records, employee documents, and support HR-related activities.
· Monitor office supplies, stationery, and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
· Assist in preparing reports, MIS data, and other business documents as required.
· Perform field visits and ensure smooth day-to-day office coordination and maintenance.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
