Core Responsibilities
- Surface Cleaning: Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors . Dust furniture, fixtures, and polish surfaces .
- Sanitization: Deep clean and disinfect restrooms (toilets, sinks, showers) . Clean up spills and handle hazardous waste if required.
- Laundry & Linens: Change bedsheets, make beds, and wash, fold, and iron laundry .
- Stocking: Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and minibar/pantry items.
- Maintenance Reporting: Notify management or homeowners of necessary repairs, damages, or safety hazards.
- Guest Services: Interact professionally with guests or residents, addressing any complaints or requests promptly.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, push, and lift heavy loads (usually for extended periods.
- Time Management: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision to meet daily cleaning quotas .
- Detail-Oriented: A strong eye for spotting overlooked dirt, dust, or sanitation lapses .
- Safety Knowledge: Understanding of proper chemical handling and personal protective equipment .
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
