We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can drive qualified student leads through digital marketing campaigns and help scale AdmissionsNest's student acquisition efforts.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and Performance Max.
- Generate quality student leads for Study Abroad and Higher Education programs.
- Create audience targeting strategies and remarketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL (Cost Per Lead), and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
- Work closely with the admissions and counselling teams to improve lead quality.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and reporting tools.
- Manage lead generation campaigns for undergraduate, postgraduate, MBA, MBBS, Nursing, and Study Abroad programs.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of CRM integrations and lead funnels.
- Experience in Education, EdTech, Study Abroad, or Admission Consulting industry is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience in Education, Admissions, Study Abroad, or Student Recruitment sector.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
