Role: Executive/Sr. Executive MIS (RCM)
Location: Hyderabad
Shift: US Shifts (WFO)
Experience: 2-4 years (RCM experience is a must)
Immediate Joiners Preferred
#KeyResponsibilites:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for RCM processes (AR, Billing, Collections, etc.)
Analyze KPIs such as: AR Days, Collection Efficiency, Denial Rates, Productivity & Quality metrics
Develop dashboards using Excel / Power BI / Tableau
Automate reports to improve efficiency
#KeyRequirements:
Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros preferred)
Strong knowledge of RCM processes (AR, Billing, Denials, Payments)
Waterfall Model Exposure
Experience with Power BI / Tableau (preferred)
Sound communication and presentation skills
