Job Title: Centre Manager – Scanning Centre
Job Summary:
Responsible for the overall operations of the scanning centre, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, excellent patient service, staff supervision, appointment management, billing, quality compliance, and achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the scanning centre.
- Manage front office, technicians, and support staff.
- Ensure excellent patient care and service quality.
- Coordinate appointments and optimize workflow.
- Monitor billing, collections, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare and safety standards.
- Handle patient queries and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare daily/monthly operational reports and meet business targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate; MBA/Healthcare Management preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in clinic, hospital, or diagnostic centre operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital/clinic management software.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chalakudi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
