Salary
Training Period: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
After Confirmation: ₹15,000 per month (Based on performance and technical skills)
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic AI / ML Software Engineers who are passionate about programming, problem-solving, and learning new technologies.
This is a structured training role where you will work on Python and MATLAB-based research and engineering projects involving Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Data Science, and algorithm development.
You will begin by assisting senior developers with implementation tasks and gradually take ownership of software modules and research implementations based on your performance.

Training & Responsibilities
During your training period, you will learn to:
- Develop applications using Python and MATLAB
- Implement algorithms from research papers
- Build AI and Machine Learning prototypes
- Perform image processing and data analysis
- Debug, optimize, and improve existing code
- Work with datasets for experimentation and evaluation
- Assist in technical documentation and project reports
- Support software development for research-oriented applications
As your skills improve, you will gradually:
- Independently develop software modules
- Optimize algorithms for better performance
- Contribute to complete research implementations
- Collaborate with researchers on AI/ML projects
A Typical Day in This Role
You may spend your day:
- Writing Python or MATLAB code
- Implementing AI/ML algorithms

Education
- B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related disciplines)
Experience
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Python, MATLAB, AI/ML, or software development may also apply.
Required Skills
- Good programming knowledge in Python or MATLAB (knowledge of both is an advantage, not mandatory)
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Basic understanding of AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science concepts
- Knowledge of data structures and programming fundamentals
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Good debugging skills
- Basic communication and documentation skills

Training & Career Growth
During the first three months, you will receive structured training in Python, MATLAB, AI/ML implementation, research-oriented software development, and engineering best practices while working alongside experienced developers.
After successfully completing the training period, candidates will be confirmed as AI / ML Software Engineers with a salary of ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, based on performance.
As the company invests significant time and resources in technical training and project development, confirmed employees will be required to sign a 2-year service agreement.

Important Hiring Policy
- This is a full-time, in-office position based in Gandhipuram, Coimbatore.
- Candidates should be comfortable commuting or relocating before joining.
- This position includes an exclusive 3-month training period.
- Upon successful completion of the training period, selected candidates will be offered a permanent position
- The selected candidates must sign a 2-year service agreement due to the extensive technical training and project exposure provided by the company.
