Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Sales Consultant / Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate qualified leads, build meaningful relationships with prospects, and convert opportunities into clients for Amarket and its partner brands.
The role involves outbound prospecting, lead qualification, conducting discovery calls, presenting solutions, following up with prospects, negotiating proposals, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should be comfortable engaging with business owners, decision-makers, and prospective clients while maintaining a strong focus on revenue generation and business growth.
In addition to promoting Amarket's branding, website, UI/UX, and digital marketing services, the consultant may also represent selected client brands and strategic partners. Team members may receive product and industry-specific training to better understand client offerings, identify opportunities, and generate qualified leads on behalf of those businesses.
The role also includes participating in networking events, business meetups, exhibitions, industry gatherings, and partnership opportunities to build relationships, generate leads, and contribute to business growth. Candidates should be comfortable representing the company in professional environments and converting networking opportunities into business outcomes.
As Amarket continues to embrace modern technologies, team members will also gain exposure to CRM systems, marketing automation tools, AI-powered workflows, and agentic business processes designed to improve lead generation, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, outbound outreach, LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and business events.
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand client requirements.
- Present suitable solutions based on client needs and business objectives.
- Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings to generate business opportunities.
- Represent Amarket and selected partner brands professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project handovers.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates using CRM systems.
- Contribute to lead generation initiatives through automation, AI tools, and modern sales workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners, decision-makers, and prospective clients.
- Interest in sales, business development, branding, digital marketing, and emerging technologies.
- Self-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets and closing deals.
- Ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and follow up consistently.
- Willingness to attend networking events, business forums, exhibitions, and industry meetups when required.
- Interest in learning and utilizing CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, AI tools, and agentic workflows.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, customer-facing roles, internships, or freelancing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
