Position: Bell Desk Attendant / Bell Boy

Reports To: Bell Captain / Front Office Manager
Job Summary
The Bell Desk Attendant is responsible for assisting guests with luggage handling, escorting guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel facilities, and ensuring a warm and professional arrival and departure experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with carrying and transporting luggage.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain the bell desk area in a clean and organized condition.
- Store and retrieve guest luggage safely when required.
- Coordinate with the Front Office regarding guest arrivals, departures, and room changes.
- Arrange transportation and assist guests with directions and local information.
- Deliver guest messages, parcels, newspapers, and other items as required.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
- Follow hotel safety, security, and grooming standards at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum High School/12th Pass.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of English and local language.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Physically fit to lift and carry luggage.
- Customer service-oriented attitude.
Working Conditions
- Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- Handling guest luggage and assisting with guest movement throughout the property.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
