Job Requirements – Smart Solar (Kerala)

Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of solar energy systems is a plus (training will be provided).
- Willingness to Travel:
- Candidates must be willing to travel extensively across Kerala and Karnataka for site visits, installations, and project supervision.
- Other Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong commitment to learning and professional growth.
- Language:
- Proficiency in Malayalam and basic English is preferred.
Note: A valid two-wheeler license and personal mobility is an advantage.
