Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Fast Formula development, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, and Oracle Fusion HCM technical components. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing and troubleshooting Fast Formulas across multiple HCM modules and supporting end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM technical solutions.
- Develop, customize, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas for:
- Payroll
- Absence Management
- Time & Labor
- Benefits
- Core HR
- Compensation
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Fast Formula-based solutions.
- Create and maintain BI Publisher Reports, HCM Extracts, and OTBI Reports.
- Develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Work with HDL, HSDL, REST APIs, and SOAP Web Services for data migration and integrations.
- Support implementation, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Fast Formulas, integrations, and reports.
- Prepare technical design documents and deployment documentation.
