Full job description

Responsibilities

5-8 years experienced person responsible for designing, developing and managing customer communication solutions using Opentext Exstream v16.3 and above

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

OpenText Exstream v16.3 or later

CCM architecture and document composition

Batch and on‑demand document processing

XML and data mapping

Performance tuning and troubleshooting

Good to Have

Bash / Shell scripting, Python

DevOps tools and CI/CD pipeline experience

Version control systems (Git, SVN)

Exposure to cloud or hybrid deployment environments

Profile required
