About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate In-School Trainer (IST) to deliver NEET/JEE Foundation programs for students from Grades 6 to 10 in partner schools across Vellore. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong classroom management abilities, and a willingness to travel to assigned schools. The role also involves Learning Management System (LMS) administration and student performance tracking. Training professionals are expected to design and deliver engaging learning sessions, support learners, maintain training records, and use educational technology effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver NEET/JEE Foundation classes for Grades 6–10.
- Conduct aptitude, reasoning, mathematics, and science training sessions.
- Create an engaging and interactive classroom environment.
- Monitor student attendance, participation, and academic progress.
- Conduct assessments, tests, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain and update student records in the LMS.
- Coordinate with school management and teachers regarding academic activities.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and study materials.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Academic Coordinator.
- Organize parent interactions, academic reviews, and student counseling sessions.
- Support admissions and awareness activities when required.
- Ensure adherence to academic schedules and company policies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Education, or related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills or experienced trainers may apply.
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and Science.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and LMS platforms.
- Ability to handle students from Grades 6 to 10.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Tamil language proficiency is essential.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
