Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
Job Description:
The Social Journey (TSJ) is hiring a creative and detail-focused Graphic Designer – Branding & Packaging to manage branding, packaging designs, and social media creatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of brand aesthetics and the ability to create impactful visuals that match marketing objectives. This role requires someone who can handle multiple design tasks independently while ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging creatives for social media (posts, reels covers, stories, ads, banners)
- Create packaging designs including labels, layouts, and product branding elements
- Develop branding materials such as logos, brochures, flyers, and marketing collaterals
- Ensure visual consistency across all brand communication and design outputs
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign design requirements
- Deliver print-ready and digital-ready files as per standards
- Manage revisions and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in graphic design (branding/packaging experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Canva is an added advantage)
- Strong knowledge of typography, composition, and color combinations
- Familiarity with packaging formats, print specifications, and design guidelines
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail and deadline management
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
