Geisha Designs is growing. As we expand our atelier and global footprint, we’re looking for a dedicated HR professional to drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and people operations—while protecting culture, craftsmanship standards, and creative integrity.

What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end hiring across:
- Documentation
- Conflict Resolution
- Payroll
- Source talent via LinkedIn, fashion schools, agencies, referrals
- Screen CVs for skill fit and cultural alignment
- Schedule interviews and maintain hiring trackers
- Conduct reference checks and basic skill assessments
- Prepare offer letters, NDAs, and employee documentation
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and probation reviews
- Coordinate training sessions, internal communication, and engagement
- Support compliance with statutory requirements (with consultants)⸻Who You Are
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Skilled communicator (verbal + written)
- Calm, neutral, and discreet with sensitive information
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced atelier environment
- Proactive with follow-ups and documentation discipline⸻
What Helps (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience hiring for creative or apparel roles
- Understanding of labour law basics
- Existing network of atelier talent (tailors, masters, embroiderers)
- Exposure to HRMS tools
