Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable solutions, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service recommendations.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth customer onboarding.
- Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in inside sales, tele-sales, business development, or customer service is preferred.
- Experience in the travel industry will be an added advantage.
