Handle order issues, returns, exchanges, complaints, and escalations ensuring positive resolutions.
Provide accurate information on products/services and update customers on order/delivery status.
Maintain customer records, logs, and documentation of interactions.
Observe recurring issues and provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Support team meetings and discussions by contributing insights based on customer interactions and operations data.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, delivery partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfilment and operations workflows.
Track and resolve operational issues related to deliveries, inventory, and service execution across both regions.
Prepare and maintain operational reports and assist with reporting of key operational metrics
Observe recurring issues and provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Maintain up-to-date operational documents, workflow checklists, SOPs, and customer service records.
Assist in preparing performance reports, summaries, and dashboards for management review.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
