Job Summary:
We are seeking an Experienced Architect / Designer with 5 to 6 years of expertise in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in comprehensive design development, efficient space planning, seamless project coordination, and handling end-to-end project execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development process, transforming client requirements and conceptual ideas into detailed, executable architectural/interior plans.
- Develop highly efficient and innovative space planning solutions that maximize functionality and aesthetics.
- Handle project coordination by acting as the central point of contact between clients, contractors, structural engineers, and internal teams (3D designers, CAD drafters).
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring that site work aligns perfectly with the approved designs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve on-site design challenges, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Prepare, review, and approve detailed architectural drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 to 6 years of proven professional experience as an Architect or Lead Designer handling end-to-end projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch), Interior Design, or a closely related field. [Optional: Valid COA registration if hiring specifically for a licensed Architect in India].
- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office / Project management tools.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a proven track record of coordinating complex projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively pitch designs to clients and coordinate with site teams.
- Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating expertise in space planning, design development, and completed on-site executions.
