About the Role: We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-10 years of post-qualification experience to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in book closure, financial reporting, statutory compliance, audits, taxation, ERP systems, and Ind AS. Experience in the Real Estate or Hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
- Manage monthly and year-end book closure in compliance with GAAP and applicable accounting standards.
- Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements.
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of statutory audits.
- Review journal entries, accruals, provisions, amortization, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage treasury operations, including fund utilization and banking relationships.
- Lead accounting projects and drive process improvements within the finance function.
- Collaborate with business teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and seamless information flow.
- Support management in financial accounting, reporting, policies, and process implementation.
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
- 4-10 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience in book closure and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Ind AS.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in Statutory Audit and financial statement preparation.
- Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally or similar).
- Team handling experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred:
- Real Estate or Hospitality industry experience.
- Experience with a Big 4 consulting firm (preferred but not mandatory).
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
