JOB TITLE: PROCESS EXECUTIVE
Job Summary
An Inside Tele Officer is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers. The role focuses on generating leads, promoting products/services, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain products or services
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with customers to ensure conversion and satisfaction
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM systems)
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during calls
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for campaign execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and listening)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Fluency in English and local language (e.g., Malayalam, Hindi)
Education & Experience
- Minimum: Higher Secondary / Diploma / Graduation
- Experience: 0–3 years in telesales, tele calling, or customer service (freshers can apply)
