Senior AI Engineer
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience spanning data science, machine learning, Generative AI, MLOps, software engineering, and AWS.
This role requires deep technical ownership and a proven ability to design, build, deploy, and optimize advanced agentic AI systems in production environments.
What you’ll do
- Build and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems
- Develop LLM and vision-based applications
- Design and optimize RAG pipelines, semantic search, and retrieval systems
- Work with multi-agent systems, A2A, MCP, and orchestration frameworks
- Fine-tune and evaluate models for real-world use cases
- Build scalable backend services, APIs, and AI workflows
- Work with AWS, databases, vector DBs, and modern data infrastructure
- Own production deployment, performance, monitoring, and reliability
What we’re looking for
- 7+ years of total experience spanning data science, machine learning, Generative AI, MLOps, and software engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, multi-agent systems, and AI system design
- Experience with model fine-tuning, vision models, and production AI pipelines
- Experience with guardrails and production AI reliability
- Strong Python and backend engineering skills
- Solid experience with AWS and cloud-native deployment
- Strong experience with databases, vector stores, and scalable data pipelines
- Fluent English communication skills
