Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, ensuring timely dispatch, maintaining customer records, and providing excellent customer service. In the crusher machinery industry, the role requires close coordination with production, stores, dispatch, accounts, and service departments to ensure smooth execution of orders.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)1. Sales Coordination
- Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations and pending orders.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order confirmations.
- Maintain daily sales reports and order status.
2. Order Processing
- Receive Purchase Orders (POs) from customers.
- Verify order details, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Enter orders into ERP/software.
- Coordinate with production and planning for manufacturing schedules.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Provide updates regarding production and dispatch status.
- Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal departments.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
4. Dispatch Coordination
- Coordinate with stores and logistics for timely dispatch.
- Arrange transport as per customer requirements.
- Share dispatch details, invoices, LR copies, and e-way bills with customers.
5. Documentation
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documents.
- Maintain customer database.
- File customer correspondence and order documents.
6. MIS & Reporting
- Daily sales report.
- Pending quotation report.
- Order execution report.
- Dispatch status report.
- Monthly sales analysis.
- Customer follow-up report.
7. Payment Follow-up
- Coordinate with the accounts department regarding outstanding payments.
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments.
- Maintain records of payment commitments.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years in Sales Coordination.
- Experience in crusher machinery, mining equipment, construction equipment, engineering products, or heavy machinery is preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally ERP, Oracle, Busy, or similar).
- Knowledge of GST documentation, e-way bills, and logistics.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Pay: ₹11,453.96 - ₹31,262.74 per month
