We are seeking an entrepreneurial Chief Marketing & Growth Officer (CMGO) to drive growth, lead generation, brand building, client acquisition, student enrollments, and revenue acceleration across both businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Own marketing-generated revenue and growth targets.
- Build scalable lead generation and customer acquisition engines.
- Drive student enrollments for training programs.
- Drive B2B client acquisition for recruitment services.
- Lead performance marketing across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Improve funnel conversion rates, CPL, CPA, and ROI.
- Build founder branding, thought leadership, and social media growth.
- Implement CRM, marketing automation, email, and WhatsApp workflows.
- Create dashboards, analytics, and growth reporting systems.
- Build and lead high-performing marketing and growth teams.
