Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Production Engineer to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. The candidate will work closely with senior engineers to ensure smooth production operations while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production activities to ensure timely achievement of production targets.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating production operations.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and company production procedures.
- Identify production issues and support troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth production flow.
- Implement and support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in optimizing production processes to improve efficiency and reduce wastage.
- Participate in new product trials and process improvements as required.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Up to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,825.82 - ₹30,004.41 per month
