Job responsibilities:-
- To make communication with our Pharma Shopee (Franchise).
- Finding out their problems.
- Should be tried to address their problems by him/her.
- Genuine problems should be forwarded to concern department by her.
- Follow-up of every grievance till it to be resolved.
- Direct reporting to higher management regarding serious & unresolved problems.
- Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
- Reminder Calls to our Pharma Shopee (Franchise) regarding every month’s offers.
Basic Requirements:-
- 1 Year in Pharma Sales or BPO Telesales.
- Speak in English as well as written also.
- Working knowledge of prepare records on MS-Excel.

Salary:- Rs.18,000-20,000/- per month + others.
