About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Academic Operations Coordinator to oversee student support, academic coordination, and operational activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth program execution, enhancing the student experience, and coordinating effectively with faculty, students, and internal teams. Candidates with prior experience in EdTech, educational institutions, or training organizations are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day academic and operational activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students regarding academic schedules, program updates, and support.
- Manage student onboarding, orientation, attendance tracking, and academic records.
- Collaborate with faculty and internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Monitor student engagement, progress, and participation.
- Handle student queries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and operational records.
- Support the planning and execution of academic events, webinars, workshops, and training sessions.
- Ensure timely communication of schedules, assessments, assignments, and program-related information.
- Assist in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and student satisfaction.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Academic Operations, Student Coordination, Administration, or Educational Program Management.
- Experience in EdTech, Training Institutes, Higher Education, or Learning & Development environments preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
