About the Role
We are seeking motivated and student-focused Admission Counselor Interns to guide aspiring students in selecting suitable IT training programs based on their academic background and career goals. This internship provides hands-on experience in career counselling, student engagement, admissions, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding IT courses, certifications, and career pathways.
- Understand students' educational background and career aspirations.
- Recommend suitable training programs based on individual needs.
- Conduct counselling sessions (in-person and over the phone).
- Follow up with prospective students to assist them through the admission process.
- Address queries related to courses details, schedules.
- Maintain counselling records and update CRM/Excel regularly.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.
- Support admission campaigns, seminars, and student engagement activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Recent graduates or final-year students.
- Preference will be given to IT graduates (BCA, B.Sc. IT, B.E./B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc. IT, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal and counselling abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
