Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech – Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) / Electrical Engineering
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems for Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and industrial automation projects.
- Prepare electrical schematics, control panel layouts, and wiring diagrams.
- Select electrical components such as PLCs, HMIs, sensors, relays, drives, and control devices.
- Coordinate with mechanical, design, and production teams during project execution.
- Supervise panel wiring, machine wiring, and electrical assembly activities.
- Perform machine testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and customer specifications.
- Support installation and service activities at customer locations when required.
- Prepare electrical documentation, BOM, and technical reports.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Industrial Electrical Systems.
- Experience in Control Panel Design and Machine Wiring.
- Knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD, Sensors, and Pneumatic Controls.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with electrical safety standards and practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SPM Machines and Industrial Automation Projects.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN.
- Understanding of Servo Systems and Motion Control.
