We are looking for a proactive and communicative Telecaller Executive to handle EMI collection calls for our banking and NBFC partner accounts. The role involves contacting customers with overdue payments, reminding them of due EMIs, negotiating payment timelines, and ensuring recovery targets are met while maintaining professionalism and compliance with RBI/company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers with pending or overdue EMI payments across assigned bank/NBFC portfolios
- Follow up on payment commitments and update call outcomes in the collection software/CRM daily
- Explain payment options, due dates, penalties, and settlement terms clearly to customers
- Handle customer objections and negotiate realistic payment plans within approved policy
- Escalate high-risk, disputed, or non-cooperative cases to the field collection team or supervisor
- Maintain accurate records of calls, promises-to-pay, and follow-up dates
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets and call quotas
- Ensure all interactions comply with fair collection practices and RBI guidelines on debt recovery
- Coordinate with field DRAs (Debt Recovery Agents) for cases requiring in-person follow-up
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
