About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and confident International Calling Executive to join our IT company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with international clients, generating leads, and supporting business development activities across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to international clients (US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.)
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about IT services (Web Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, Software Solutions, etc.)
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or international accent preferred)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of IT services and digital solutions
- Comfortable working in night shifts (if targeting US/UK markets)
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in international BPO, IT sales, or lead generation
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Knowledge of global business communication etiquette
