Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & Event Content Creator (Fresher / Intern) to manage digital platforms and execute on-ground event coverage. This role involves content creation, real-time engagement, and coordination to ensure strong brand presence across platforms and events.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Create and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the design and video team to produce high-quality creatives
Event Coverage
- Manage on-ground coverage of school, college, and campus events
- Capture photos and short-form videos for digital use
- Share real-time updates including stories, reels, and live content
- Organize and submit event content to the internal team post-event
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated with evolving social media trends and platform algorithms
Campaign Support
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns, event promotions, and brand initiatives
- Support paid promotions, boosted posts, and campaign activities when required
Requirements
- Basic understanding of major social media platforms and content formats
- Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, and event coverage
- Familiarity with Canva and basic video editing tools is an added advantage
- Good communication, coordination, and time management skills
- Willingness to travel for events and work flexible hours when required
