Topper Shiksha is an EdTech company focused on empowering students from Grade 1 to 10 through practical-based learning programs including Robotics, AI, Coding, STEM, Vedic Maths, Abacus, Drone Technology, and Skill Development Courses.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Handle day-to-day operations of training programs across schools and centers.
- Coordinate with trainers, schools, parents, and internal teams.
- Manage class schedules, trainer deployment, attendance, and reporting.
- Ensure smooth execution of Robotics, AI, Coding, and Skill Development classes.
- Monitor student performance and maintain operational quality standards.
- Prepare operational reports and performance dashboards.
- Handle issue resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales & Business Development
- Lead sales activities for school tie-ups, franchise partnerships, and student enrollments.
- Generate leads through schools, colleges, events, campaigns, and references.
- Conduct presentations and demos for schools and institutions.
- Achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with school management and clients.
- Develop strategies to expand business operations across Bangalore and nearby regions.
Team Management
- Lead and manage the operations and sales team.
- Train team members on communication, sales pitching, and operational processes.
- Track team performance and ensure target achievement.
- Conduct regular review meetings and planning sessions.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of sales strategies and operations handling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of EdTech, Robotics, AI, Coding, or educational programs will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and presentations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree / MBA preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Sales, Business Development, or EdTech domain.
- Experience in school sales or educational program management is preferred.
- Candidates from Bangalore location will be preferred.
