About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy HR Generalist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience across core HR functions, with hands-on exposure to HRMS processes, employee data management, HR operations, and reporting.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with HR technology and data, has strong attention to detail, and can effectively manage day-to-day HR processes while maintaining accurate employee records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, documentation, transfers, confirmations, and exits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Manage and update employee information through the HRMS/HRIS platform.
- Generate and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and HR MIS.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of employee data.
- Support recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Assist in implementing and improving HR policies and processes.
- Coordinate with employees and internal teams to resolve HR-related queries.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate HR processes through technology.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, HR Executive, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS systems is strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of core HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong data management and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using HR tools, systems, and software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of formulas, reporting, and data analysis is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
