Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer for our HEMRL Site operations in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for installation support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of security and networking systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling access control systems, networking devices, and field support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of Visitor Management System (VMS) kiosks
- Diagnosing and resolving faults in Access Control Systems
- Handling maintenance and support activities for Key Management Systems
- Cable laying, routing, testing, and basic infrastructure setup
- Troubleshooting networking issues related to switches and Fiber Optic connectivity
- Monitoring and maintaining hardware and network systems at client sites
- Preparing internal service reports and updating assigned call reports regularly
- Coordinating with internal teams and clients for issue resolution and service update
- Ensuring timely completion of assigned service activities and preventive maintenance tasks
- Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of networking concepts and switches
- Understanding of Fiber Optic fault finding and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience in cable laying and testing
- Basic understanding of electronic security systems
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Good communication and reporting skills

- Candidate should be comfortable with field/service-related work
- Ability to work independently and handle client site responsibilities
- Immediate joiners or candidates with relevant service engineering experience will be preferred
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
