Job Description (JD):
· Industry Experience 5+years Preferred Elevator Industry.
· Handling sales of elevators and lifts in Chennai region.
· Generating new business opportunities and leads.
· Meeting builders, architects, and contractors.
· Preparing quotations and closing deals.
· Achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.
· Maintaining customer relationships.
· Coordinating with installation and service teams.
· Market development and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
· Experience in Elevator/Lift or Construction Sales preferred.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to handle sales targets.
· Field sales experience required.
· Two-wheeler preferred.
· Good knowledge of Chennai market.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
